Abstract

P123 Tectonic Evolution of the Northern Part of the Bonaparte Basin (Australia). An Integrated Seismic Study E. Frankowicz* (AGH - University of Science and Technology) & K.M. Pietsch (AGH - University of Science and Technology) SUMMARY Hydrocarbons within the North West Shelf of Australia were captured mostly in complex structural traps. Detailed structural analysis of faults geometry as well as interaction between faults and their development in time are essential for assessment of a trap integrity within this area. The goal of the study is to establish a tectonic evolutionary model for the northern part of the Bonaparte Basin using
