Fadeeva (Lomonosov Moscow State University) SUMMARY Source rocks within Anadyr basin are present throughout the whole Paleogene-Neogene sedimentary sequence. Peculiarities of Anadyr basin as in the other Cenozoic sedimentary basins of the Far East is absence of good petroleogenetic deposits that is determined by the initial type of kerogen – influence of hymic OM is becoming apparent to a greater or lesser extent in all petroleogenetic rocks of the Anadyr basin.
