Abstract
P343 Development of 3D Gravity/Magnetic Models of Earth's Crust in Complicated Regions of Azerbaijan B.E. Khesin (Ben-Gurion University of the Negev) & L.V. Eppelbaum* (Tel Aviv University) SUMMARY A complexity of Azerbaijan geological structure is caused mainly by its location in the Alpine zone limited on NE and SW by platform and sub-platform margins. Development of regional physical-geological models across the complicated regions of Azerbaijan was realized using a few successive steps: (1) review of petrophysical seismic and magnetotelluric data (2) applying filtering and transformation procedures to potential fields (3) inverse problem solution (4) 3-D combined gravity-magnetic modelling (5) composition
