Target Detection Using Multi-Sensor Geophysical Surveys - Examples from Archaeological Surveys

Multi-sensor survey systems can perform archaeomagnetic surveys more cost effectively than existing techniques, while simultaneously providing a denser, precise dataset with the potential for extending interpretation beyond simple imaging. The full benefits of application of existing potential field interpretation techniques to such data is yet to be realised.
