Integrated Well Delivery – More than a Concept

The delivery of a new well is a complex process involving many individuals with<br>diverse technical backgrounds. In this multi-disciplinary environment the ability to<br>communicate on a common level is essential for the success and efficiency of the<br>project. The advent of 3D visualization software & specially designed meeting<br>environments, such as BP’s Highly Immersive Visualisation Environment & Offshore<br>Operations Centre have provided a forum for these multi-disciplinary discussions,<br>and workflows have developed accordingly. This presentation discusses the<br>development of the well planning workflow used on the Valhall field.
