Lessons Learned from the SMAART JV

The goal of the SMAART JV was to understand the poor sub-salt imaging and to identify and promote<br>technology that could lead to improved demultiple and imaging of sub-salt prospects. To facilitate<br>study as a step toward 3D capabilities, the SMAART JV has developed and made publicly available<br>several 2D numerical test datasets.
