Abstract

Resistivity pseudo-section (RPS) simulations of small structures are of interest in order to better understand some very complicated field recorded images. In this paper we give an explanation for a discrepancy which appeared between simulation results (Bonnet and Martinaud, 1996) and field measurements on archaeological structures: with three arrays the field RPS show apparently absurd shapes for a buried wall.
