Abstract
The problem of oil recovery is one of the fundamental problems of contemporary natural science. This problem is caused by complexity of hierarchic organization of oil-gas-geological system, by the imperfection of technologies applied for hydrocarbon extraction by inadequate level of scientific-methodological, industrial engineering and informational supervision of technologies under development.
