Abstract
Slope stability studies have been conducted in Istanbul Sariyer, Uyum Cites (An urban area) in the slope with 58 and 20 - 22 m average bench height between the B5 - B8 houses at the level of z = 189 - 192 and B9 - B12 houses at the level of z = 170. Unstability occurred in the area, folded, fractured and lost its strength by cornpression, between the houses B6 - B7 at the top and B11 - B12 at the bottom covering approximately 1200 m2 area.
