Selected landslides triggered by seismic events in Central Italy

Visco-elastic landslides triggered by seismic phenomena along Adriatic slopes of the Apennine Ridge (Central Italy) are studied in the frame of L-Transfonn applications also accounting for oscillating aspects of their instabilitics (Bland 1960, Flügge 1967, Donnell 1976); starting from elementary one-dimensional model approaches towards two-dirnensional, various landslides representations are suggested and discussed.
