Abstract

The Dutch cemetery in southem Thailand was investigated by the ground penetrating radar technique. This approximately 300 years old archeological site was an evidence of Dutch's role in business and their attribution to city development at the beginning period of Songkhla city in southem Thailand. Lime coffins within the cemetery was clearly depicted by the radargrarns. The radar can then be considered as a promising tool for helping archeologists in deciding excavation points.
