Monitoring a Landslide in Baiso by GPS Survey

The extent to which landslides are monitored before and after the stabilisation work is limited by the high costs involved. Furthermore the more common measuring instrument, the inclinometer, is rendered useless when movement begins again and must therefore be replaced.
