Abstract

The combination of tectonically complex overburden with variable lithologies in the UK Southern North Sea lends itself to the application of 3D prestack depth migration (PreSDM). A multi-survey 3D PreSDM project was undertaken in the study area in order to improve the imaging of both the Rotleigendes reservoir and the complex overburden.
