Abstract

Azimuthal resistivity surveys have been widely applied in recent years (Leonard-Mayer (1984), Taylor and Fleming (1988), Ritzi and Andolsek (1992)) with any observed change in apparent resistivity with azimuth being interpreted as indicative of anisotropy (generally fracture anisotropy).
