J2 is a down-faulted roll-over structure along the Qsygarden Fault Zone (ØFZ) in block 36/7 (PL 153) on the Horda platform, Northern North Sea. The fault is located less than 30 km from the Norwegian mainland. The J2-trap has only a small structural closure, but sealing along the ØFZ could create prospects with significant trapping volume.
