f Development of Shear Wave Models from P-S Converted Waves

During the wide angle reflection profiling (WARP) surveys carried out by the Institute of Geophysics, University Hamburg (IfG) seismic data of three components have been recorded by Geophone Seismograph. The single vertical component registers generally compressional wave (P-wave) arrivals, whereas both horizontal components record mainly shear waves (Swave).
