Abstract
The purpose of the present report is envisage the problems of processing and 3-D migration of areal VSP data. The areal VSP technology allows to obtain detailed information on the structure of around-well space combining potentialities of downhole and surface observations. This results in around-well 3-D migrated seismic images which are higher in quality than obtained on surface data processing basis.
