Abstract

Complex seismic decomposition (CSD) - technique is method which provides a highly efficient and accurate approach to the solution of seismic prospecting problems such as detection and characterization of the natural heterogeneities that control fluid storage and mobility from seismic surface data. These heterogeneities include variations in lithology, porosity, permeability, pore fluid properties, and conditions of pore pressure, temperature, and stress. Wide testing of the CSD-technique in the Norwigion sector of the North Sea and in an area of the Barents Sea has been showed the high effïciency of the method in decision of this some problems [1,2].
