Sometimes during the exploration and exploitation of pools oil and water distribution within natural reservoirs seems at first view to be paradoxical. In particular within the same porous sheetlike reservoir limited by unpermeable beds, formation water occupies the higher position than oil. It seerns as a violation of Archimed's law.
