f Closing the loop - Seismic modelling from reservoir simulation results

For a field in production, matching reservoir models against production history gives some confidence for future reservoir predictions but offers no guarantees. In this paper we show how a 3-dimensional numerical earth model, built using an integrated approach, can be used to provide at no extra cost a further check that your reservoir model is realistic. This extra check can be made by performing seismic modelling from reservoir simulation results using the detailed 3- dimensional numerical earth model built using the IRMA approach.
