Abstract

An interesting phenomenon above some classic geological structures can be observed on many seismic sections. Namely, a part of the seismic horizon appears downthrown by normal faults to a position deeper than the flanks. The downthrown part of the horizon is above the shallowest parts of the classic antiform.
