Abstract
Within the context of Its study programs aimed at offering a safety assessment of deep geological formations deemed suitable for the storage of highly active nuclear waste, the Institute of Protestion and Nuclear Safety has enquired into the potential contribution georadar could make to the geophysical investigation of rock massifs. In this document, we present some radar tests taken from our work carried out wfth the Pulse EKKO III system in an isotropic environment (granite quarry) and an anisotropic environment (underground schist exploitation) .
