f Estimation of elastic parameters from AVO effects in t-p domain

The objective of AVO techniques is to extract elastic layer parameters and lithological characteristics of subsurface layers from seismic measurements. Many of the works reported in this field has been of qualitative nature, e.g. using AVO techniques to distinguish between hydrocarbonrelated and lithology-related bright spots.
