Abstract

ability is distributed in a fme grid with the values generated from parameters obtained from values at the wells. Finally, the permeability values are used to calculate effective permeabilities for grid blocks used in the reservoir simulator. This algorithm uses the conservation of mass and Darcy’s law in order to generate the values for the user defined corner point geometry grid used in the black oil simulator.
