Abstract

Acoustic velocity logs (Vp and Vs) of the two deep-drilling boreholes in the KTB (German Continental Deep Drilling Program) Oberpfalz in Bavaria have been analyzed to estimate the statistical properties of the crustal heterogeneities in this region.
