Abstract

The evolution of intraslope basins during the Neogene-Pleistocene along the continental margins of the Gulf of Mexico, offshore Nigeria and Brunei is similar in that these basins have been essentially fed by river-deltaic sources and have been frequently affected by syn-sedimentary faulting and shale/salt diapirism.
