Abstract

Summary

A simple solution for correcting the effect of seawater temperature changes from base to monitor survey is presented. We find that the NRMS difference between the source signatures corresponding to a 10 degree centigrade change in the seawater temperature is approximately 8 % when the whole signature is considered and approximately 30 % in the area of the bubble oscillations.
