Abstract
Summary
In combined operations such as Site Surveys, in which different types of data are gathered and an interdisciplinary team needs to work in coordination, a Project Management approach may facilitate the alignment towards a common objective: The optimization of the well location.
The present case study is used as an example of how this approach may be applied to a real case in the Norwegian Continental Shelf, the Hagar well, for which geophysical, environmental and geotechnical information was acquired in the same campaign.
