Abstract
Various kinds of radiometric methods extensively used in Bohemian Massif from 1950s to 1970s disclosed considerable amount of radioactive anomalies. Many of them were later evaluated as uranium ore occurrences or even as uranium deposits. Exploration, mining and processing activities of Uranium Mining Companies left, consequently, distinct radioactive loads, at least, in twenty partial areas in the Czech Republic.
