Abstract
Computer modeling of the change tilts velocity in over fault zones on the base of variation finite element method elaborated for visco-elastic medium was carried out. The modeling results show, that common picture of distribution of the tilts velocity changing has a similar character. Maximums of the change tilts velocity are located approximately above active fault zone and gradually diminish in some distant from it. At that time absolute meanings of the changing tilts velocity value, form of the velocity distribution, location of it peak relatively fault line depend on the velocity and movement direction of the crystalline fundament blocks, also on power, composition and saltiness of the over fault sedimentary rocks. Increasing of the velocity and declivity of the crystalline fundament blocks movements, growth of the salt quantity in the over fault sedimentary layers lead to augmentation of the change tilts velocity.
