Abstract
Information and analytical systems (IAS) (a special class of information systems for analytical data processing) - used for combine, analyze and store as a single entity the information extracted from a variety of user databases.IAS is a complex of technological and software system including relational database management systems (RDBMS), geographic information systems (GIS), decision support systems (DSS ), .analytical tools (OLAP, Data Mining and so on). Effective development and application of IAS in subsoils management complicated by a number of difficulties. The report describes technological platform was successful used for development of applied information and analytical systems in different fields of subsoils management. Some of them are presented below. Monitoring of the groundwater state and account of resources and reserves for federal and territorial levels Monitoring of licensing of mineral deposits exploration and mining Monitoring of oil and gas fields exploration and exploitation Information system of mineral deposits of Russian Federation
