Study of potential landslide slope using active and passive seismic techniques

The results of field works using seismic techniques on the potential landslide slope near the city of Sochi (Northwest Caucasia, Russia) are presented. In addition to velocity section study using refraction method, passive seismic observations were carried out and its data were used to locate possible zone of active slope processes and to determine resonant properties of near-surface section.
