Cost-Effectiveness (Value) Estimate of the Valhall PRM Project from an Outside Observer

The technical success of the Valhall LoFS project seems to be generally accepted, and some results showing this have been published by the operator, BP. What has not been generally shown is an economic analysis of the project. Such an analysis shown here, although not sanctioned by BP or any of its partners at Valhall, indicates that the project is an overwhelming economic success.
