Abstract
The article compares results of conventional 2D seismic works interpretation procedure versus the so-called paleoprocessing on the pattern of the Lugovoe oil field at the level of the Upper Devonian and Lower Carboniferous deposits. Geological efficiency of the above-mentioned method of paleoprocessing was earlier confirmed by a number of reef traps discovered under the same seismic geological setting
