Abstract
modeling is performed to determine the isotropic elastic properties of the rock. Afterwards, two theories are tested in order to incorporate anisotropy: Hudson’s and Eshelby-Cheng models. Finally, the main impacts of this study are the calibration of the azimuthal seismic survey acquired on the zone as well as the definition of the best positions and orientations of the future drillings.
