Abstract

Surface samples from different exposures of Al Abraq Formation at Al jabal Al Akhdar were subjected to micropaleontological (Calcareous nannofossisl and gforaminifers)investigation. It is restricted to calcareous nannofossils biozones NP24-NP25 (Late Oligocene).
