Correlation Radiogenic Heat Production with Presence of Ogranic Matter - Qualitative Analysis

Radiogenic Heat Production Rates were examined in various rock-stratigraphic units. Results of this researching are presented on sonic transit and resistivity crossplots. These crossplots are suggested as fast statistical method to determining source rocks. Main advantage of methods, which are used to determined source rocks and calculated of radiogenic heat production rates, is possibility their applying to well-logging and laboratory data.
