Air-gun has gradually become the primary shooting source in marine seismic exploration. For different types of air-gun, due to the mechanical factors such as port area, shuttle motion speed, etc., the pressure waves emitted from bubble oscillation are different after air-gun is fired. This paper elaborates the influences of different air-gun types on air-gun signature modeling, and focuses on how to optimize four parameters related to air-gun types. With the optimized parameters, the modeled signature is more reasonable and reliable.
