Abstract
Developments in seismic acquisition technology on the one hand lead to an improvement of data quality but on the other hand require improving processing and interpretation technics as well. Such broadband acquisition technologies as BroadSeis with no doubt were a qualitative leap in marine seismic and gradually forced developing in land acquisition. Using of accelerometers instead of geophones and new vibrator technology allow to extend the bandwidth in particular to the lower frequencies. It plays an important role in seismic inversion by reducing an influence of the initial model to a final result and decreasing uncertainties of prediction. There are a lot of illustrations of advantages in broadband quantitative interpretation in recently published papers.
In this paper we consider a case study from Eastern Siberia where processing and interpretation workflow were adapted for broadband dataset.
