Abstract

Summary

The Russian High Arctic is mostly represented by broad shelves. This contribution provides an overview of the geological setting, stratigraphy, paleogeography, and provenance study of Devonian-Permian deposits of northern Siberian and testing of Middle-Late Paleozoic plate tectonic models of the Arctic realm.
