Abstract

Summary

The matching pursuit algorithm is widely used in the field of seismic spectral decomposition and thin layer inversion. However, the conventional matching pursuit is calculated according to a single channel, so the decomposition accuracy is low and the noise immunity is poor. In order to improve the application effect, we use the matching pursuit based on dipole decomposition to discompose the seismic signal. This algorithm shows a better noise immunity and a higher precision inversion of reflection coefficient. Compared with traditional matching pursuit, the results of this method are more stable with the singular value greatly reduced.
