Summary

The development of the direction of modern civilization depends on the global transformation of information resources and the means of their use in all regions of the world. Recently, the information industry has become a new branch of the world economy, and has become an integral part of modern processes of globalization, which provides broad access to modern technologies, science and culture, and at the same time affects the transformation of mankind. In military science and practice, it is increasingly marked the tendency of the transition of the modern war to the strategies of indirect asymmetric actions, based on a combination of military efforts with political, economic and informational methods of influence on the enemy for solving problems previously solved mainly by direct military methods.
