Abstract

Summary

Drilling horizontal wells is a complex task that requires the involvement of new ideas and techniques. The purpose of this work is to develop and test an approach to multivariate calculation of the wellbore stability to reduce the risks of drilling complications. The tasks to achieve the goal are the construction of a three-dimensional geomechanical model, the calculation of the most probable profiles of stability gradients.
