Summary

There are opportunities using blockchain combined with smart contracts to enhance data integrity and contract control within the marine seismic industry for individual contracts. Further an implementation of blockchain and smart contracts at the industry level will redefine industry standards and create a payment platform for the industry, and associated subcontractors, making contracts easier to administer and control.
