Abstract

Summary

In the abstract the compensation methodology of upper-layer anomalies influence at the stage of seismic data processing are described and tested. Compensation had consisted in removing the low-frequency dependence of seismic AVO attributes and the dominant frequency on changes in surface relief. Application of the proposed methodology has significantly improved the quality of seismic data, increase the reliability of geological targeting and search for the missed perspective objects.
