Abstract

SUMMARY

The preconditions of land readjustment have been analyzed. The implementation of land readjustment using GIS technologies in the course of spatial planning was suggested. The prospects and advantages of land readjustment at land tenure development with the example of the formation of a residential area on agricultural land in Kyiv Region, Ukraine have been scrutinized.
