Abstract

Summary

Presentation discusses the 1-D modelling software developed and modelling usage. It is connected to NOVEL-EM called groundwater monitoring system used at several Finnish mine sites with more than ten years of experience. NOVEL-EM processing does not require special modelling itself but supplementing processing can give insight to subsurface variations and allows more accurate parameter calculations for groundwater layers. Solving hydrological soil parameters, however, adds new challenges for input data.
