Abstract

Summary

The features of modern directions of the national energy policy are substantiated, taking into account the provisions of Ukraine’s energy strategy for the period up to 2035. The concept of “green tariff” and the need for its active implementation in the context of popularizing the use of alternative energy sources with the aim of improving the modern energy situation in the country, taking into account the existing losses in the field of critical infrastructure, are analyzed. Problematic issues regarding the specifics of the selection of land plots for placing solar power plants have been clarified. The experience of foreign countries in the formation and design of universal photovoltaic systems with the possibility of adaptation to the horizontal surfaces of already functioning airports (Kochi Airport in India and Stevens Point International Airport in the USA) was analyzed. With the use of Helioscope software tools, a trapezoidal polygon was selected in the controlled area of the airport “Kyiv” (Zhulyany), which is a potential place for installing a solar battery system - Solar PvSystem. Probability analysis was carried out and data on the value of energy efficiency at the output of the array was systematized.
