Abstract

Summary

The main hypotheses explaining the formation of granophyric textures and micropegmatite segregations in granitoids are considered in the work. The general fabric, composition as well as textural-structural components (ovoids and porphyritic phenocrysts, micropegmatite segregations, and granophyre matrix) of Didkovychi-type granites were studied.

Based on the established geochemical properties of granites (WD XRF and ED XRF), a preliminary assumption about the mechanisms of formation of the directly investigated and similar textures was made. The degree of water-saturated melt influence on the features of rock texture formation was confirmed and an indicator for evaluating of this degree was formulated. A proposed program of further research is also included, which should be aimed at: (1) additional detailed petrographic and microprobe study of the Didkovychi-type granites isolated fabric components and similar ones; (2) determination of specific values of rock formation pressure to implement the above indicator; (3) confirmation of the formation order of selected textural components of the studied granites by examining the distribution of trace elements in them.
