Abstract

Summary

The development of the local erosion processes as micro-core processes of the functioning of the man-made landscapes is a sign of a violation of the state of equilibrium in the anthropogenic landscape system. Research of the development of landslide processes in man-made landscapes and landscape-technical systems are based on the scientific approaches, principles and methods of anthropogenic landscape science and geomorphology. Methods – theoretical analysis of literary sources, cartographic material, historical-genetic series method, landscape mapping, instrumental methods, GIS methods. The object of the study is the garden and park landscape of the National dendrological park «Sofiivka» of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Uman, Cherkasy Oblast, Ukraine). During the performed research it was established, that the construction of residential complex «Grekiv Lis» of watershed-type areas with an area of 0.27 km2 to the north and northwest of the garden and park landscape of the National dendrological park «Sofiivka» of the NAS of Ukraine is the cause for the development of erosion processes in Grekova Balka. Expeditionary research have shown that the landscape structure of the complex tract of Grekova Balka is complicated by two erosional depressions.
